What is SoCal Nanny Convention?

The SoCal Nanny Convention was established 2023 with a paramount emphasis on inclusion, recognizing the diverse and vibrant community of nannies in Southern California. This convention serves as an inclusive platform that welcomes nannies from all backgrounds, experiences, and identities, ensuring that every member of the community feels valued and represented.

One of the important reasons behind creating the SoCal Nanny Convention is to provide a space where nannies can come together to learn, connect, and grow regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status. Inclusion is at the heart of our mission, and we strive to create an environment where everyone feels respected, supported, and empowered.

As a Postpartum Doula (DONA and CAPPA), Certified Advanced Newborn Care Specialist (NCSA), NCS CACHE Certified, Lactation Educator (CAPPA), Certified Newborn and Infant Care Professional (USNA), and recently Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PSI), she is dedicated to providing top-notch care for infants and their families.

Lisa Dozier brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as a professional nanny.
